Below we have provided you with the answers to the details which may have remained unclear about your stay in our holiday apartments in Málaga. If there is anything you are still unsure about, please do not hesitate to contact us, in order to place your reservation in an instant.
How do I pay for my booking?
In order to book with Holidays2Malaga we ask for a down payment when booking which serves as confirmation. The amount can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. Please contact our booking department to request our details. The remainder can be paid in cash upon arrival. There are no extra charges.
What are the check in and check out times?
As a general rule, our check in time is from 3pm and check out time is before 12 noon. However, we try to be flexible when possible so we ask our guests to please check with us in the event that they need to arrive earlier or leave later. When possible and availability allows, we try to accommodate this.
Generally, the latest check in time is 10pm, but we give you the option to access later by paying a small extra fee of 30€ (from 10pm until 12 midnight), and 50€ after 12 midnight. Both payments are requested in cash.
What does the price include?
All our prices include:
Water, electricity and gas consumption.
Use of bed linen and towels.
For 7 day stays we also change the towels. From the 8th day of any stay, cleaning is included from 10am.
Cloakroom for luggage at our offices on the days of arrival and departure.
Safe in some apartments which include them.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot accept pets in all of our apartments, but pets are allowed in some studios in Calle Juan de Mena. We do ask for a small extra cleaning charge of 30€ per stay. It will, however, depend on the size, weight and breed of your pet. If you require any further information, please contact us.
Where do I collect the keys to my apartment?
Check ins are made at our offices: Calle Córdoba, 6, Oficina 204 – 29001 Málaga. Only in certain cases can guests check in directly at their apartment. What do I do if I have a problem during my stay in early hours of the morning?
Holidays2Malaga has an emergency 24 hour telephone number which will be provided to you upon your arrival. Do not worry if you need our help in early hours of the morning. We are always there to help.
Do I have to bring my own bed linen or towels?
No, all our apartments include towels and bed sheets and quilts.
What are the apartments equipped with?
All our apartments have a hot/cold air conditioning unit. However, some have central air conditioning or heating. This more specific information can be found on the description of each apartment. All kitchens are equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and appliances for your stay: fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, pots and pans, washing machine, clothes line and iron. Some have an oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. In the bathrooms there is shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, some toilet paper and hairdryer.
Is it possible to install a cot for my baby?
Yes, we offer a cot for 5€ per day. If you prefer, we also have a Baby Kit which includes a cot, teddy bear, bath and highchair for 10€ per day.
Do the apartments have WiFi connection?
Yes, all apartments have free WiFi connection.
Do the apartments have lifts?
All apartments, except the ones in Calle Viento, have lifts. However, these are on the ground, first and second floor, and they have been included for their special charm and location. All the rest have lifts.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
As per the no smoking law, smoking is not allowed in our apartments, except on the terraces.
Are the apartments suitable if you have reduced mobility?
Only some of our apartments are suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact us for more information.
Do the apartments have parking?
There are several parking options available close to the apartments. We can always recommend the best option depending on the apartment you have booked. The cost can vary from 15€ to 25€ per day. Here we would like to remind you that access to the historical centre of Málaga is pedestrianised and it is very restricted, so in most cases you will not be able to access directly by car, therefore we recommend parking your car before checking in.
What are the cancellation fees?
All our prices include the following benefits:
If you cancel with over 15 days’ notice, you will be refunded in full (except for bookings with non-refundable tariffs, which cannot be cancelled or changed).
If you cancel within 14 days and with over 7 days’ notice, 30% of the amount will be charged.
If you cancel with 1 day’s notice or you do not turn up, the full amount will be charged.
